Teen Parent Connection provides a continuum of comprehensive services designed to assist young parents in navigating both parenthood and adolescence. In fact, Teen Parent Connection is the only nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization in DuPage County providing comprehensive programs and services related to teenage pregnancy and parenting. In addition to parenting services, young parent participants are offered the opportunity to train as peer educators to deliver a strong pregnancy prevention message through prevention education programming offered to middle schools and high schools in DuPage and areas of Kane, Will, and Cook counties.
The Mission of Teen Parent Connection is to serve the community through education on the realities and responsibilities of teenage pregnancy and through long-term assistance to adolescent parents for their development of self-esteem, parenting skills, and empowerment towards self-sufficiency.
The Parents' Pantry is a place where Teen Parent Connection participants can shop for baby and personal items. You can earn "Baby Bucks" by attending Teen Parent Connection meetings, keeping up with your child's immunizations, and finishing school. You can then "spend" them in the Pantry in exchange for wipes, diapers, formula, and personal hygiene products.
Where do you and Jodi Ellen Photography come in?
I am offering special, limited, mini sessions during the month of October. Mini Sessions are NOT typically available and are being offered at $20 and a donation to the Parent's Pantry.
The Pantry is in most need of:
Diapers
Wipes
Formula
Baby food and cereal
Personal Care Products
I know I have some of the most generous clients in the world, and we can really come together to reach out to this organization and their young families.
Thank you,
Jodi

Cake Smash!
What is a Cake Smash Session and what do I bring?
These sessions are typically for 1-5 years, but if your older kids want to have some fun and get messy they are welcome as well. It does not have to be your birthday to enjoy some cake :-)
During a Cake Smash I will take a few images of your child in his/her street or party clothes. After that, Let Them Eat Cake! :-) Either in their clothes, diaper cover, jeans, onsie, bib, etc.
Bring: A change of clothes, wipes, and your Cake or cupcake, or cupcake cake. A word of advice, do not get a cake with red frosting or accents. Frankly, mixed with drool it looks like blood.
I recommend Whole Foods, they make some cute lil cakes.
